The BOD of Palestine Mortgage and Housing Corporation PMHC held a meeting on 26/08/2014, whereby, discussed changing the company"s strategy by lowering the housing loans refinancing and what follows of restructuring the departments and divisions of the company in the future. The BOD also decided to hold an extraordinary general assembly meeting to discuss transferring the company from a public shareholding company to a private shareholding company. PMHC"s BOD also decided to continue working with Palestine Capital Market Authority to obtain the approval of expanding the company"s license to include all of the insurance sectors and if the company hasn"t got the approval, to stop the operations of the insurance company.
