VOIC approves distributing 40% cash dividends and 25% stocks dividends for the year 2025

The general assembly of the Vegetable Oil Industries Company VOIC approved in its meeting on 20/04/2026, distributing 40% cash dividends for the year 2025, to record dividends yield of 4.17% based on the price on the entitlement date. It also approved distributing 25% stocks dividends for the year 2025, to raise the paid-up capital from JD8.00 million to JD10.00 million.
