The board of directors of the Arab Palestinian Investment Company- APIC raised a recommendation to the general assembly, which will be holding a meeting on 04/05/2026, to distribute 5% cash dividends for the year 2025. It also proposed distributing 3.1% stocks dividends for the year 2025, to raise the paid-up capital from $160 million to $165 million.
