The bank of Palestine regular and non regular 46th general assembly meeting was held last Friday 6/4/2007 at the bank"s general administration building in Gaza city, and connected via video conference with the bank"s regional office in Ramallah.
The general assembly agreed on what was recommended by the bank"s board of directors of distributing 10,470,591$ as free shares.
In addition, it has been agreed on offering 13 million shares as special subscription (Dollar amount + issuance allowance) to increase the banks" capital to 100 million dollars.
