Mr. Hashem Hani Al Shawwa started his new job yesterday April 22 nd, 2007. In his meeting with branch managers and the heads of departments, mr. Al Shawwa assured that he will use his long experience at CITI Bank and HSBS to continue improving the bank"s performance. It is worth noting that the secondary offering will starting from April 29^th, 2007 to 17/05/2007 for 13 million shares at ($1.05).
