Al Rafah Microfinance Bank & Jordan Commercial Bank sign merger agreement

Al Rafah Microfinance Bank (AMB) and Jordan Commercial Bank (JOGB) signed yesterday the merger agreement between AMB and the branches of JOGB in Palestine, as to result a Palestinian Bank under the name of Al Rafah Commercial Bank by the end of next January, with total assets of more than $ 270 million.
