PRICO prepares for marketing campaign and initiating construction in Al Ghadeer Residential neighborhood

Nidal Abu Lawi the General Manager of Palestine Real Estate Investment "PRICO" said that the company will launch a marketing campaign within days and begin the construction work in the residential neighborhood of “ Al Ghadeer” in north of Ramallah which will be equipped with different services. Abu Lawi said that the project is an integrated residential neighborhood and will include approximately 2000 people, this comes within executing PRICO’s policy and its practical contribution in the national program for housing and taking the leading role as a private sector in meeting the national and social needs. He and stressed out that this project is part of PRICO’s plan, which currently includes Jerusalem and will expand into the rest of the West Bank and Gaza Strip if circumstances permit. He explained that the credibility of PRICO which embodied along the past years through the speed of implementation of its projects will provide practical solutions and the reasonable cost of living that comply with the existing possibilities of the different segments
