The GA of Alrafah Microfinance Bank approves raising its capital to $50 million

Alrafah Microfinance Bank AMB held ordinary & extraordinary meeting of its General Assembly ordinary on of 25/04/2011, where they approved the financial & management reports and for the year 2010 in addition to the approval to raise the bank"s authorized capital to $ 50 million and authorize the Board of Directors of all with regard to raising capital, either through finding a strategic partner or merge with another bank.
