The Market Announced the Circulation No.(23) Concerning the Disclosure of the dates and results of its Administration Board’s Listed Companies Meetings
The Market issued the circular on 08/07/2007 reminding listed companies on the disclosure of their board of company meetings in terms of dates and the results of those meetings. The circular assured the need to restrict companies to disclose the dates of meetings pursuant to the disclosure and informing the Capital Market Board before the meeting takes place. Also, companies are responsible to disclose their relevant councils under the same disclosure, with the importance of being detailed and clear about the disclosure. Copies of all disclosures should be sent to the Capital Market. It was concluded by thanking the Cooperated Companies in this vital aspect of disclosure, calling on companies not abided by their commitment to follow the law and regulations of the Capital Market by prominently following the disclosure regulation due to the importance of its administration.
