The Results of the UCI Second Board of Directors Meeting

UCI -announced the following decisions in its 2^nd board of directors meeting:

1. Approval of the semi annual balance sheet of the company and its business results for the period of 01/01/2007-30/06/2007.
2. Ratification of the accession of Sheikh Saeed Bighalf-Chairman of the Bighalf Investment Group, member of the Governing council instead of Mr.Yousef Alkhalawi.
3. Approval to extend the 4^th installment payment of the capital for two months ending on 15/09/2007
