The Government paid the salaries of all employees fully with the proportion of the arrears due next Monday

Following its meeting yesterday, the Government confirmed that all staff, whether in the military or civilian sector, and retirees will receive their full salaries for the past month next Monday. A portion of arrears for the staff will also be paid , for the arrear dues to reach a rate of 60%.Dr.Riad Malki , Minister of Media ,on behalf of the government, stated at a press conference held after the cabinet yesterday that ,”We have committed ourselves to this government concerning the payment of their salaries for the first week of every month, and we affirm that we are still committed to and will pay salaries on Monday to all groups without exception.”
