Alrafah Microfinance Bank AMB changes its name and symbol to The National Bank (TNB)

According to the extraordinary general assembly of Alrafah Microfinance Bank AMB which was held on 09/05/2012, the name and symbol of the bank was changed in Palestine Stock Exchange PEX to The National Bank- symbolized by TNB starting from today, Wednesday 14/11/2012. This coincides with the bank’s new vision and strategy to transfer from a specified bank into a new full service bank, with continuing to provide microfinance services and in conjunction with the approaching end of the bank’s phase to increase the paid up capital to $50 million though merging with the Arab Palestinian Investment Bank.
