PLAZA realizes net loss of JD0.25 million in 9M 2013

According to Arab Palestinian Shopping Centers Company ( PLAZA)’s data for the first nine months of the year, net loss reached (253,427) JOD, compared with a net loss of (671,962) JOD from the first nine months of 2012, a net decrease in loss of 62.3%. Total assets of the company reached 14,294,014 JOD as of September 30^th, 2013, compared to total assets of 15,076,093 JOD as of December 31^st, 2012, a net decrease of 5.2%. Total liabilities of the company reached 9,246,252 JOD as of September 30^th, 2013, compared to total liabilities of 9,774,904 JOD as of December 31^st, 2012, a net decrease of 5.4%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 5,047,762 JOD as of September 30^th, 2013, compared with net ownership equity of 5,301,189 JOD as of December 31^st, 2012, a net decrease of 4.8% in the first nine months. Furthermore, paid-in capital decreased from 7,000,000 JOD on December 31^st, 2012 to 2,584,447 JOD  by September 30^th, 2013, a net decrease of 63.1%.
