The board of directors of the Arab Palestinian Investment Company APIC proposed, on its meeting on 30/03/2014, to the general assembly that will be holding a meeting on 29/04/2014, distributing 19.98% stock dividends for the year 2013, whereby, the paid up capital after the raise will become $60 million.
