George Abed: Bank assets experience a 12% rise and 9% for deposits during 2007
The Monetary Authority’s Governor, Dr.George Abed, yesterday stated that the assets of banks operating in the Palestinian Territories rose by 12% to about $6.125 billion last July from about $5.4 billion as of July 2006.While the volume of deposits during the same period ascended by 9%.
