The Closure of the First Annual Forum for the Palestinian Capital Market
Yesterday the Palestine Securities Exchange disclosed the First Annual Forum event which took place for 2 days in Ramallah and Gaza on the sidelines of celebrations of the 10 year anniversary of the market launch.The activities of the forum were held under the auspices of President Mahmoud Abbas with the participation of Dr.Salam Fayyad where he declared a set of final recommendations. Other participants included Dr. Hassan Abulibdeh, Mr.Maher Almasri the board chairman of the CMA, Brokerage Company representatives, a group of business men, experts and analyst’s .Ramallah and Gaza kept in touch via the video link system by video conference. Mr.Samir Zraik General Manager of Sahem Trading and Investments Company, discussed the title of the forum”A decade of achievements and challenges “saying it expressed itself and how we were able to put the Palestinian Market in the Arab Markets and that the only message from this forum is Invest in Palestine. Calling on all to work better in order to bring foreign investments to inject new funds for the homeland.
