According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company PRICO for the first nine months of 2015, Net profit after tax of the period reached 1,895,555 JD Compared with Net Loss after tax (649,952) JD for 2014.Total assets of the company reached 124,488,510 JD compared with total assets of 118,491,428 JD at the end of year 2014, a net increase of 5.06%.Total liabilities of the company reached 45,777,426 JD compared with total liabilities of 41,382,986 JD at the end of year 2014, a net increase of 10.61%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 78,711,084 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 2,156,915 JD) compared with total owner equity of 77,108,442 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 2,197,719 JD) at the end of year 2014, a net increase of 2.08%.
