The general assembly of Al-Shark Electrode Company ELECTRODE approved in its meeting on 23/03/2017, the recommendation of the board of directors to distribute 12% cash dividends, to record 96.00% payout ratio and 6.00% dividends yield based on the price prior to the general assembly meeting date .
