According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment PRICO for the first quarter of 2018, Net profit after tax of the period reached 203,842 JD Compared with Net Loss after tax (131,807) JD for 2017.Total assets of the company reached 103,290,993 JD compared with total assets of 101,730,926 JD at the end of year 2017, a net increase of 1.53%.Total liabilities of the company reached 44,089,225 JD compared with total liabilities of 42,736,432 JD at the end of year 2017, a net increase of 3.16%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 59,201,768 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 3,238,009 JD) compared with total owner equity of 58,994,494 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 3,244,161 JD) at the end of year 2017, a net increase of 0.35%.
