Consumer" prices recorded an increase of % 4 during last November. The expectations were that there will be a slightly change or no change at all on this record. An increase in clothing , shoes ,food and housing maintenance expenses occurred, In addition to noticeable decline on housing rents. Consumer" prices recorded a % 2.8 increase since the beginning of the current year.
