According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment PRICO for the first half of 2019, Net Loss after tax of the period reached (123,966) JD Compared with Net Loss after tax (462,362) JD for 2018, a net decrease in loss of 73.19%.Total assets of the company reached 100,307,016 JD compared with total assets of 91,858,446 JD at the end of year 2018, a net increase of 9.20%.Total liabilities of the company reached 49,823,270 JD compared with total liabilities of 43,008,182 JD at the end of year 2018, a net increase of 15.84%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 50,483,746 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 5,045,076 JD) compared with total owner equity of 48,850,264 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 3,336,525 JD) at the end of year 2018, a net increase of 3.34%.
