According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company PRICO for the year 2019, Net Loss after tax of the period reached (4,594,882) JD Compared with Net Loss after tax (3,940,505) JD for 2018, a net increase in loss of 16.61%.Total assets of the company reached 85,433,145 JD compared with total assets of 91,858,446 JD at the end of year 2018, a net decrease of 6.99%.Total liabilities of the company reached 39,585,976 JD compared with total liabilities of 43,008,182 JD at the end of year 2018, a net decrease of 7.95%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 45,847,169 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,765,204 JD) compared with total owner equity of 48,850,264 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 3,336,525 JD) at the end of year 2018, a net decrease of 6.15%.
