According to  the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company PRICO for the year 2021, Net Loss after tax of the period reached (940,871) JD Compared with Net Loss after tax (4,947,269) JD for 2020, a net decrease in loss of 80.98%.Total assets of the company reached 74,849,442 JD compared with total assets of 77,356,135 JD at the end of year 2020, a net decrease of 3.24%.Total liabilities of the company reached 37,067,589 JD compared with total liabilities of 38,640,190 JD at the end of year 2020, a net decrease of 4.06%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 37,781,853 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,305,179 JD) compared with total owner equity of 38,715,945 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,370,950 JD) at the end of year 2020, a net decrease of 2.41%.
