· Tony Blair promises to provide the financial support to the project that provides 10 thousand jobs to the Palestinians.
· Ganim Al Sa"d : The project is a result of the brotherly relationship between Qatari and Palestinian leaderships.
· Bashar Al-Masri: The project is considered the largest since several years and it is the first integrated city since the Romans era.
Mr.Ganim Bin Sa"d Al Sa"d the CEO of Qatari Diar assured that Diar and its partner Massar International are intending with honesty to contribute in reinforcing the Palestinian economy, and raise the standard of living through Rawabi town project that it will not provide 10 thousand job only but it will be a great opportunity to the regular Palestinian citizen to own a private house that can afford. Diar Real Estate Investment signed a partnership agreement with Massar International to build the first integrated Palestinian town between Ramallah and Nablus cities in the west bank and named Rawabi with approximately $350 million. Al Sa"d said in a mutual press conference with Mr.Bashar Al-Masri that the quartet committee had promised with the donors countries support to the infrastructure in Rawabi, noting that there are currently heavy movements to put the project in force. He indicated that it had been received around 2200 buy applications assuring that Rawabi will fill the large gap in Palestinian housing sector. And clarified that within the coming two weeks it will be planned for a time schedule to the project, pointing out that the executing period will take 4 years from now.
