PRICO realizes net loss of JD6.36 million in 9M 2023

 According to  the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company PRICO for the first nine months of 2023, Net Loss after tax of the period reached (6,355,324) JD Compared with Net profit after tax 557,586 JD for 2022.Total assets of the company reached 72,034,070 JD compared with total assets of 75,148,217 JD at the end of year 2022, a net decrease of 4.14%.Total liabilities of the company reached 38,678,516 JD compared with total liabilities of 36,611,653 JD at the end of year 2022, a net increase of 5.64%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 33,355,554 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 5,649,886 JD) compared with total owner equity of 38,536,564 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,695,326 JD) at the end of year 2022, a net decrease of 13.44%.
