According to the financial statements of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company PRICO for first nine months of 2024, Net Loss after tax of the period reached (401,271) JD Compared with Net Loss after tax (6,355,324) JD for 2023, a net decrease in loss of 93.69%.Total assets of the company reached 60,189,375 JD compared with total assets of 65,993,269 JD at the end of year 2023, a net decrease of 8.79%.Total liabilities of the company reached 37,209,212 JD compared with total liabilities of 40,418,494 JD at the end of year 2023, a net decrease of 7.94%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 22,980,163 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,496,390 JD) compared with total owner equity of 25,574,775 JD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 4,594,117 JD) at the end of year 2023, a net decrease of 10.15%.
