AIG approves distributing 2.39% cash dividends and 11.11% stocks dividends for the year 2024

The general assembly of Al-Ahliea Insurance Company AIG approved in its meeting on 29/04/2025, distributing 2.39% cash dividends for the year 2024, to record dividends yield of 10.39% based on the price on the entitlement date. It also approved distributing 11.11% stocks dividends for the year 2024, to raise the paid-up capital from $13.50 million with a par value of 0.25 per share to $15.00 million with a par value of 0.25 per share.
