According to the financial statements  of Palestine Development and Investment Company PADICO for the 1st Quarter of 2025, attributable profit to equity holders reached 6,240,000 USD Compared with attributable profit to equity holders 4,942,000 USD for 2024, a net increase in profit of 26.26%.Total assets of the company reached 776,459,000 USD compared with total assets of 722,529,000 USD at the end of year 2024, a net increase of 7.46%.Total liabilities of the company reached 306,727,000 USD compared with total liabilities of 321,488,000 USD at the end of year 2024, a net decrease of 4.59%. Net ownership equity of the company reached 469,732,000 USD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 63,243,000 USD) compared with total owner equity of 401,041,000 USD (Including Non-Controlling Interests of 63,197,000 USD) at the end of year 2024, a net increase of 17.13%.
