The Kuwait Stock Exchange announced that the Cellular Telecommunications Company (ZAIN) said that it is engaged in negotiations to enter a strategic partner in the Palestinian Telecommunications Company PALTEL. The company will notify the management of the Stock Market with all the details as soon as it accesses a final agreement in this regard.
