Arab Palestinian Shopping Centers ( PLAZA) declared to issue shares through a Secondary subscription of 360,000 shares with par value of JD 360000 in an issue price of JD1 per share.
The subscription process will start on Tuesday 7/7/2009 till Monday 20/7/2009 in which shareholders as of 27-04-2009 only have the right to subscribe in plaza new underwriting with no more than 6.896% of the total shares registered under their name .The underwriting will be carried through the branches of AL QUDS bank .
