PRICO announces the launching of "Al Ghadeer" suburb

Al Beireh- Al Ayyam: Palestine Real Estate Investment Company "PRICO" participated in the exhibition of "Palestine"s Real Estate" which had been organized by United Company for a period of three days in Al Beireh Municipality Park, with the participation of several companies that are specialized in the Real Estate Investment aspect. PRICO"s booth witnessed magnificent number of visitors especially businessmen, where they had been informed with the latest executed projects in addition to the ongoing projects. The engineer Nidal Abu Lawi the general manager of PRICO; considered the exhibition an important opportunity for communication with the addressees to be informed with the latest development in PRICO"s activity which are implementing a huge package of projects in the Palestinian territories. Abu lawi cleared out that the exhibition is a distinguished event and an opportunity to launch the project of "Al Ghadeer" suburb which PRICO will start executing soon in Abu Kash in Ramallah and which will include nearly 300 housing units. He indicated that the project which takes two year to finish will target the limited-income people where certain arrangements will be set, referring that facilities will be provided to the beneficiaries through real estate mortgages programs.
