Dubai's Drake & Scull International Sets Up Civil, Saudi Units

DUBAI (Zawya Dow Jones)--Drake & Scull International (DSI.FM), or DSI, a Dubai-based contractor, Wednesday said its board of directors approved the establishment of two new units as it continues to expand its operations outside of the U.A.E. The first unit, Drake & Scull Construction, "will be the official arm of DSI civil divisions in all regions outside the U.A.E.", it said in a statement on the Dubai Financial Market Web site.   The establishment of a second unit, Drake & Scull Construction Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, was also approved, the statement said without giving any further details. Last month, DSI set up a power and water unit.
