Fayad: The Ministry of Finance will soon begin distributing salaries to all Ministries, Institutions and Private Sectors

Dr.Salam Fayad, The Prime Minister of Finance, announced that the Ministry of Finance on Tuesday will begin the distribution process of half of the monthly salary and more than 1,000 shekels extra for the employee social aid. This operation will be continued the day after tomorrow Wednesday.Dr.Fayad also announced that the Ministry of Finance will distribute half of the monthly salary to all Ministries and Formal Institutions in the Palestinian Authority. Therefore saying," I expect this operation to be done this week and within 10 days maximum." also adding," As for the Private Sectors we began distributing part of the salaries and I expect 90 million shekels to be reimbursed to the Private Sectors…This is an important step but of course not enough to cover all obligations and needs but hopefully this will show and prove our commitment."Fayad assured that," This week all will be reimbursed and paid back with the inclusion of taxes and work permits."Fayad also included," We will also reimburse government employees in the West bank and Gaza Strip taking 10 million shekels out of the existing 90 million for the transportation fees, which is the same amount as last months."
