Gulf Navigation approves distributing %3 cash dividends to shareholders as of 14/03/2010

Gulf Navigation Holding approved the proposal of board of directors on the distribution of cash dividend of %3 of share capital of the company equivalent to 3 fils per share, and it has been decided that the owner of the shares registered on 14/3/2010 is entitled for cash dividends for the financial year ending 31/12/2009. Also the extraordinary general assembly was postponed to be held on Thursday 11/03/2010 due to lack of legal quorum.
