National Insurance (NIC) approved to distribute cash dividend and bonus shares to its shareholders

National Insurance Company held its General Assembly meeting for the fiscal year 2009 on Thursday, 25/03/2010, to approve the recommendation of the Board to increase its capital from $ 8 million to $ 10 million by issuing 2 million shares of par value $ 1.00 per share and distribution of bonus shares to the shareholders as of 25/03/2010 as of 1 share for every 4 shares of 25% of the subscribed capital. It also agreed on the recommendation of the Board of directors to distribute cash dividends to shareholders by 20% of the subscribed capital of $ 0.20 per share. And will pay cash dividends to shareholders starting of 2010/04/04.
