Dana Gas Posts First-Quarter Profit of 33 Million Dirhams

May 13 (Bloomberg) -- Dana Gas PJSC, an explorer and producer operating in Egypt and Iraq, posted a first-quarter profit after a loss in the year-earlier period as output rose and oil and other commodity prices increased. Net income was 33 million dirhams ($9 million) compared with loss of 32 million dirhams the year earlier, the United Arab Emirates-based company said in an e-mailed statement today.
