In this week, Al-Quds Index recorded a decline of 2.01% than the previous week, to close at the level of 619.17 points. This mainly followed a decline in the blue-chips prices- with heaviest weights and effects on Al-Quds Index- than the previous week due to the relative quietness witnessed in Palestine Stock Exchange PEX during the week. With the approaching end of the legal period granted to the listed companies to disclose their preliminary annual financial data, the investors’ anticipation accelerated during the week to prevail an inactivity state again in the market, which in turn is slow in filling orders and weak in the price depth. While the significant news accelerated regarding the listed companies’ financial data disclosures for 2025.
Regarding the listed companies financial and operational data disclosures for 2025, Palestine Development and Investment Company PADICO disclosed posting net income attributable to the shareholders of the parent company of $18.35 million in 2025, compared to $0.70 million in 2024. This mainly resulted from an increase in the company’s revenues. Based on the disclosed figures, PADICO posts BV of $1.93. Moreover, Palestine Telecommunications PALTEL disclosed posting net income attributable to the shareholders of the parent company of JD52.01 million in 2025, compared to JD41.79 million in 2024. This came due to the increase in the company’s revenues. Based on the disclosed figures, PALTEL posts BV of JD1.76.
Furthermore, Arkaan Real Estate Company ARKAAN disclosed posting net income attributable to the shareholders of the parent company of $17.46 million in 2025, compared to net loss of $7.07 million in 2024. This mainly resulted from an increase in the investment revenuers, Based on the disclosed figures, ARKAAN posts BV of $3.94. On another hand, Wataniya Palestine Mobile Telecommunications OOREDOO disclosed posting net income of $15.06 million in 2025, compared to $11.77 million in 2024. This mainly resulted from a decline in the direct expensed and impairment loss. Based on the disclosed figures, OOREDOO posts BV of $0.60.
